td5 mpg/speed limit/

What mpg should I be getting from a td5 110 commercial on a/ts? I seem to be doing high 20s average and 30 last week, all on medium length trips so I'm quite pleased.
Also what's the top speed and is it limited, mine got to 94 and wouldn't go any higher (not that I'd want to) and stayed there, but the engine wasn't revving as hard as it does when you hold it in lower gear too long. more than quick enough for a defender though :)

MPG sounds about right...

Td5's are not speed limited (only by your right foot) - it is only the new Puma Defenders that have a limiter on as standard (82mph) - although this is easily removed  ;)
