Painting Chassis??

I nearly have the body off my 4x4 and the chassis looks in very good un-rusty condition. I reckon a wash and general clean up is all thats needed before a coat of paint.

What's the best stuff to use on the chassis? I want to put a good rust proofing agent on and the top coat will be military olive drab.

POR 15 the way to go??
