Crankshaft Pulley torque settings

Hello

Does anybody know the torque settings for a TD5 2001 defender crankshaft pulley???

Just checked on autodata at work (the joys of logmein.com!) and it says crankshaft pulley/damper centre bolt - 450nm with a note saying use new bolts.... 

Hope its of some use!
