200 tdi 1990 disco headlight adjuster wanted

hi guys. my passenger side headlight flaps about as the black plastic part of the headlight adjuster broke. does anybody have one laying around as really need it for mot. at the mo i have a piece of bamboo stopping my light from flapping but it will fail mot due to the headlight adjustment.
