I agree, I will be driving it on sunday. The only way it is going to harm the fish is if you drive over them. The last time it was a hoax and the same this time. I am a fisherman aswell as a green laner.
The ony problem is the tossers who drive off the ROW and on to the farmers land.

But if the Environment Agency have really made an official proclaimation that this area constitutes a salmon spawning ground, surely the acts mentioned above come into play? It would need a particularly stroppy Police Officer pushing the case through, but there are a few of them about...
I agree with what Paul says and it does look like another attempt to keep us from a legal right of way, but I'm just thinking that common sense and government bodies don't usually go together!

That's the whole point. The EA knew nothing about the last fiasco. No one of the name given on the E-mail worked for them!
