Officially it is Matt Nato Green. If you are going to show it then I would stick to the matt, but if it is to be an every day vehicle, I would personally go with Satin, as the Matt is porous so will last about 2 years before needing to be refreshed.

Hi guys.
Well i've painted the 110 in Matt nato green and although it looks good im sure its not the right colour. The paint on the inside of the door frames and other places is quite a bit darker green, are we sure it shouldn't be olive drab? I also seen some army 110s on a transporter the other week and they also looked darker green.Any thoughts or ideas please?

The normal brush paint seems to dry lighter than the 2 pack spray paint. Maybe this is what you've seen. Or non "camo" army Land Rovers are a much darker shiny green either bronze green or I think it was brooklands green for later models.

Hope this helps

Anchor Supplies sell it, or there is a place local to Reading which specialises in military Land Rovers - www.safariengineering.com.

If you use Safari, please tell Dave Miles that Matt sent you, just so he knows I do push business his way :D

Original factory green would be darked than the alkyd paint that you buy from NATO surplus stores, I don't know what it's called though but it might be bronze green.
