Old TV Programmes
Bush Tucker Man:
I've read about this great site about old TV programmes in a magazine called 'Retro-Car' (which in itself is good for lovers of '70's cars).
The site plays the opening title sequences, or a 'snippet'
It has a very comprehensive listing, for example;
Childrens; (including Banana-Man for Andy)
Comedy (The Young Ones, Open All Hours, In Sickness & In Health)
Public Information ("Charley Says...", HMCGS -"Look Petunia, he's waving at us")
www.tv-ark.org.uk
There's a nice one under the 'Adverts' listing; 'Leyland'. It features the XJS, Allegro, 1275GT, Midget, Dolomite Sprint & the SD1.
Not had chance to look fully round it myself, but it ought to bring back plenty of memories for most people
turtle:
Nice Site Richard.
Not looked at it fully, but those old Birds-eye adverts they don't make em like that anymore. Classic stuff :D
Moose:
Here one for you Richard or anyone else - can you name all the Banana Splits :?:
Paul:
Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper and Snorky....
Andy.:
Cor could spend hours on that site :D
Good one :D
