Bad wheel wobble

Thanks for the replies, i will change the wheel and see if it is still there, if not then problem solved, if not i will have to check everything  :'(

 You could have lost a weight off the one wheel,  thereby throwing it out of balance.
 That would account for the vibration and the sudden occurance.
