I have to agree. Give the kid a break, he mad a mistake or two (posting it on here was not clever) but there we are. its done and dusted.

I agree too.
In my youth I "might" have exceeded the speed limit on my Kawasaki ZZ-R 1100. With the power of hindsight, I realise that I risked my life on more than one occasion.
With age comes experience (and possibly wisdom)!
