over fueling

 high ive been asked by a mate to put this up ( s reg 2lt deisel )
hes having a problem with over feuling after a rebuild  ??
?1   is there a second timing mark on the fly wheel that is at 180 o/o    of top dead center
? 2  has he put the crank in the wrong way  ie: back to front

hes had the injectors tested by boch   all ok
