Ha ha ha PMSL !!

Drove past their 'new' place this morning (A10 southbound @ Cheshunt), roller shutters still at half-mast, and no shop-front signage. If you look through the shutters, there is stuff on display like a shop............but no one to sell it !

I wonder if they'll concentrate on mail order only ?

There are better places to buy stuff, in person or online.

Professional oppinion. I wouldn't use them. Some of their stuff is good, some is awful and their customer service is absolutely appalling. I have ordered twice from them, both times ended up with a refund as they couldn't supply the goods within what I classed as a reasonable period of time.  I know other people have had the same experience.

Morning Quality

Still no news?

I know what people mean about their customer service and their prices, but I also have bought a considerable amount of kit from them, 2" lift and shocks, turrets, shock mounts, steering guard, front and rear bumpers, tank guard to name a few over the last 5 years or so and nothing has needed replacing.

Their attitude and customer service was appalling, the Landrover world will be a better place without them.

The new owners have a massive PR battle on their hands, but I'm not seeing much evidence of them trying to sort it out. They still don't quote prices in their adverts (which is why I've never used them - I like to know a price before I order).

The new 'shop' in Cheshunt had its shutters down on Friday - the shutters had been part-open until now, so perhaps it has all gone belly-up !

Seen it but not sure what you mean?

What I actually meant was have you seen race to Dakar with Charlie Borman?

Scorpion prepped the X5 and it was late and over budget.
They actually delivered it to them by meeting up on the way to the ferry. And they ended up taking a BMW tech with them to sort the problem scorpion had created!

So the long way down bit was just my brain giving me slightly distorted information..

the 3 main reasons i never bought from them (aside from the attitude problem  )

X-eng's handbrake........ copied by scorpion not as good and more monies
staun beadlocks...........they never bought staun beadlocks they were a CHEAP coreian copy sold at staun prices
equippe 4x4 challenge kit.......although the eqquippe kit was more money it performes sooooo much better than the scorpion one and you got more in the kit and it was the origional!

i will stick to D44 products thank you very much

well....i say that, if they bump off any stock cheap i will have some of there radius arms, the only company i hate like scorpion is QT
