Whats it worth?

G reg swb pajero believe its a mk1 square one. Its had £1000 spent having the engine(headgasket) reconditioned including turbo all the front suspension replaced and rear leafs changed. After all this the rear chassis around the leaf springs collapsed and requires a fair bit of welding(no probs im a welder) its been standing for 18 months so just looking at what its worth now and what its worth with 12months mot on.
