Stiff steering after 2" body lift

Might be the u/j's on the linkeage from the steering wheel are working harder due to the lift, may need losening/adjusting or replacing?

Bingo... correct answer. I took the steering shaft off and it was still stiff so gave the end a tap with my Birmingham screwdriver and once i had got it back where it was meant to be it was fine.
