Disco 3.5v8 Losing power

Hi

I am having a problem with my Disco 3.5 V8, runs along fine but when I go over 3500 revs it loses power. Any ideas.

Range Rover Blues:
Failing advance mechanicsom (dizzy),  fuel starvation, cam wear.
