aux belt squeeling again

OK so i changed the belt then the belt tensioner now its squeeling again
used silicon on belt works for about a month then starts squeeling agian

anything else i could try  :-k

meader:
put a penny piece or washer behind the unit in a 9oclock posintion and this will sort it out
