ex-UN pajeros any one

<< < (2/3) > >>

Sooty:
Called in there today, they are all LHD amd all of them rest of world spec.
They are still overseas and to be fair would not meet the requirements to be imported into this country (it can be done but is lots and lots of agro) and not that cheap in the end so my advice (and also the advice of the sellers) is forget it.

alaric:
Getting SVA is getting easier and easier, as the market for grey imports continues to grow.

Pajero's don't need a large amount of alteration to meet UK spec - so this is possibly still a reasonable way to get a vehicle - the biggest aggro will just be transporting it to the UK.

Only going by what the seller said, his exact words were "the turbo engine ones are reasonabley easy to get an SVA on but theese are NA lubering great diesels and you would struggle to get an SVA because of the emitions".
But as you say to get them back into the UK would cost a bob or two.

datalas:
not to mention having to tow them out of the carpark
