I've lost count of the number of vehicles I've followed with no working brake lights, or just the high-level light (or even just part thereof).  :?

If we had more traffic Police to pick up on these safety matters, people would be more careful.

going down the motorway a few months ago with Jimbo in his discovery, in thedark and 20mph traffic, the car behind had no lights on,  :roll:pulled out and slowed down so we were next to it, waving and pointing, didnt understand so wound down window and started shouting, eventually the driver cottened on, oh yeah- it was a "traffic officer" :)
