Help directions to Radyr

That one's near Rhayader rather than Radyr. It does not have a good reputation locally, and a quick bit of google-fu brings up a few horror stories that would put me off going anywhere near the place!

Thats as maybe, but, that is 'Tom's farm' the first link was not.......  i didn't say anything about the site, just added what was hopefully what the OP wanted.....
