Brake lines definetly, bump stops is not a requirement of a lift kit.
If you fit drop shock mounts then you will need to prevent the axle from smashing the damper to pieces then big bump stops can be useful
I run 33" tyres with a 2" lift all on standard damper mounts and dont have any issues of the axle going to high or the tyres going to far up into the arches.
Save your cash for something more useful

I fitted bearmach springs (+2) and procomp dampers 4 years ago and they are still going strong .. total cost £234 + 55 quid for five extended brake lines from llama 4x4 (good bloke) and a set of 235/85 remoulds ..so for less than £500 you can do quite a lot on a budget
from what I've seen you can get everything scorpion do from the origional developers of the products for a much cheaper price...
sorry it's not white

If you are going to use it every day I (personal experience) would go for a decent set of +1 springs, then get lowered turrets/shock mounts and longer shocks and dislocation. The Llama 11" travel kit seems very good value too!- Will probably be what Ill end up doing on the next project (assuming I can get the parts for a 110)
If you go 1", and chop the arches, bigger tyres will go under (so more clearance under the diffs!) but you will still keep a lower CofG and reasonable road holding, the right selection of shocks/dislocation bits will ensure you have loads of travel. I would also think about looking into the X springs by X engineering!
