defender oil leak as per usual lol

Hi guys i have a small leak from the rear hub! I removed it all the other day and re-done the gasket!
however i have noticed it is still leaking?
But from the centre cap edges!

Is the centre cap loose or damaged? if not, then possibly blocked breather is causing excessive axle pressure and forcing oil out of the weakest place.
