But if you burn them out, which is what I assume you are referring to, make sure you wear an adequate mask.
It took nearly 30 tonnes to shift my A frame bushes by pressing them out.

I wasn't refering directly to burning. Drilling is another option, either chain drilling a ring of small holes or maybe just drilling a couple of swarf holes and then a hole saw to cur the centre sleave(s) out.


I do have an old fly press, but without exactly the right diameter adaptor I find its easier to just push the middle sleave out of the bush and then cut out the outer sleave.
