Just a quick thread, had a customer with EDC problems with his 300TDI Auto, the injection pump was playing up, i have succesfully converted the EDC sytem back to a standard injection pump, you can remove all traces of the EDC system, MAP sensor, Mass Air flow sensor and a whole heap of wiring and the ecu, runs sweet as a nut with a pump and boost tweak, even used a 200TDI injection pump, you do need to increase the fuel flow to get the correct power, All For a fraction of the price for an edc pump, so dont despare if you have a later disco auto, good old landrover you gota love them.............
