200 TDI into a Deisel Series 3

Nessie's poor engine had died and im fed up of fixing it now! Its time for a 200 TDI.
Ive heard this is a very easy swap into my old girl.
Has anybody done this?
If so do they have any pics? etc so i can have a peek!!!

Hi i put one in my lightweight this summer and am very happy with it, if u search for ' 200Tdi lightweight ' yourl find it.

i bought whole disco and stripped her, sold other parts and shell so in the end i made a few quid and got engine for free!
of course then spent lots more expenses like doing cambelt, electric fan, new radiator, different intercooler, oil, filters, few new seals etc etc.
but in the end im happy with it, and starts no probs, doesn't cut out when cold, better mpg, and of course 111 bhp!
