£50.53 from Rally Design inc vat and del 12mm x 1.25 part number SP57. Cheapest I could find ,bought mine last month  8)

Have a look at the site, they also do lift kits a a good price. The D flex system is quality!!

Oh yeah, spacers are well easy to fit... bolt the sleeve bolts over the stub bolts your wheel bolt on to. Line them up, put on the spacer and put the wheel on with your original bolts...
