I heard a noise outside, sort of scraping metal and a squeak ......

...it is my neighbour "mowing" his lawn with a mechanical lawn mower, in the dark.

The other odd thing is that I got Bagheera back. He works, and the replacement gearbox was free - even the 60mph vibration has gone!

Someone wake me up.
