Man Flu sucks!

I took delivery of a nice little package of it the night before I was due to start back on the last run of shifts before finishing on a night on the 24th. Called up work and said I won't be in. I dare say my name is now something worse than mud.
I just find the whole thing a strain. I hate not being able to sleep properly, I hate just sitting around watching crap on tv and also feeling as weak as kitten. :x
My conspiracy theory is that this is a bug let out by the manufacturers of cough mixtures and flu remedies, as they know no one wants to be sick over the Christmas period.

Got it here too from a Dude at work  :evil:  Mrs_D also has it.. though clearly not as bad a Man-Flu.

It seems to be more of a tradition than the giving of gifts at Christmas in our house  :(
