help please very confusing electrics!

my passenger side head light keeps blowing, im not sure if its an earth fault or if its a regulator if my land rover has one??  ive recently changed the indicator relay aswell and every time i switch anything electrical the relay functions(clicks), was thinking i was supplied with wrong relay??  don't know if these are related but any help would be great, thanks.
