noticed a question about airflow with the radiator, you will notice it will run considerably cooler anyway as a bigger intercooler takes alot of pressure off the head therefore the engine will be doing less work, therefore running cooler

Not sure I follow that logic, a bigger intercooler allows more fule to be burned, therefore more heat.  On part load with lower boost you will find a bigger intercooler managed to cool the air more, lowering the air charge temperature which does help the engine stay cool when cruising.  The downside is this effect increases thermal shock around the valve gear.

Fitting a bigger intercooler means the cooler the air entering the engine, the more dense it is, and the more you can get in there. More air, more combustion. Nothing to do with the fuel, unless you turn the fueling up. Which i havnt. It says nothing about it in the Alisport instructions. Just adjust the diaphram position to richen the mixture. Adding excess fuel will add more power, but in most cases, just cause excessive black smoke.

Yes that's right, cooler air=denser air therefore you can burn more fuel.  If you adjust that diaphram then you are adding more fuel for a given boost, thus creating more heat within the combustion chamber and a higher BMEP (brake mean effective pressure) which = more torque/power.
