Water temperature gauge

Hi, I am thinking of putting in a separate Water temperature gauge like these ones http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/gauges/gauges.php My question is which one would I need the Electric water temperature gauge or the non electric? and how would I fit it? cheers.  Ben

Range Rover Blues:
The electric will have a sender and need wiring, the non electric uses a capliary that needs sticking in the water and the pipework running intot he cab without busting it.
