navara with no power

Hi there can any one help Ive recently bought a navara 04 plate its done 90000 miles had an engine rebuild but it seems to lack power Ive had the turbo checked I get 1bar at 3500rpm is that ok? the pump timing has been check is ok injectors are all ok so running out of Ideas, thing is she runs as sweet as a nut apart from lacking power some one has suggested the park and neutral switch  any help will be greatly appreciated cheers Rob
