Power Steering issue

My power steering reservoir is backing up there seems to be a leak under the pump area and when I top the reservoir up and turn it over the fluid sprays out of the breather in the cap, I don't know if its the pump that has gone or the steering box has blocked causing the pressure to build up.

Any ideas peeps????

Know the feeling  :'( had to replace mine last month after it seized solid.
