Basically, I volunteer with Cumbria CC Countryside team, we installed some new stiles to aid access to an area of "Open Access Land" near junction 36 of the M6. Two weeks after installing this is what has been done, we presume by "local" dog walkers, why I cannot imagine.

Aren't  dog walkers and ramblers different breeds? thought ramblers where too selfish  to care for pets :evil:
