Front brake calipers - will other models fit?

I'm desperate for a pair of front calipers for my '79 classic before the Wicked Whaddon camping weekend, but does anyone know if calipers from another model will fit if I can't get hold of Rangie ones in time?

Having just seen offending items. Could you not get away with new pistons?

I have a tock of seals if you need them.

There's usually some for sale on "E" bay.

Range Rover Blues:
If the callipers are ok then fit stainless pistons from Paddocks, about £7 each.
