what oils do i need

hi just been doing a bit of off roading today and want to give it the oil changes in front and rear diffs gearbox and t/box what oil do they take and how much in each i will be putting some one shot in the cv's

Gearbox is Dextron 3, transfer box and diffs are EP80/90.

Its the same on the gearbox and transfer box- fill it until it comes out the fill hole.

right here we go straight from the owners book =
engine 300 tdi  = 5.8 lts with new filter =+.85  lts
manual gear box +2.67 lts dexron 11d
auto gear box= 9.80 lts
transfer box = 2.3 lts ep90
both diffs = 1.7 lts eash of ep90
all are just a guid check on dipstick or filler plugs
