Are the wheel bearings all done now? If so, how does she drive?

The bearing centre isn't necessarily friction welded to the stub - sometimes they shrink through heat and are just incredibly tight. Grind best part of the way through the track and then smack it with a blunt chisel, so that it cracks. If it then just slides off - you will probably get away with re-using the stub. Looking at the general condition of it though - I would say you would be wise to replace it.
The hub - If you had to knock the bearing track out, rather than it fall out, then it can be re-used. It takes a bit of pressure to fit the new track, so you should guage the condition of the hub by how difficult it is to fit the new bearing track.
