My Disco.... its only just begun
Disco Matt:
I'd put the new bumper pretty low on the list of priorities - there's not much point changing it unless it gets bent or you need/want a winch. I plan to keep mine for the time being - I need to do something about heavy duty steering parts and some chequerplate first, to say nothing of my plans for a demountable roofrack to hold the waffle boards.

Well finally got round to removing my old bull bar and fitting a steering guard and diff guard ;D
Have not removed the front bumper yet as it fit under it ok, but will when i sort a front bumper ;)
Also managed to pick up a nice shiny high lift jack cheap ( cheers Robp ) so took my old spare wheel off and modified the mount to fit it, again this will change when i get a spare 8-) but for now having it there is better than not ;)
Will be fitting the rear diff guard and hopefully a wading kit ;) ;)

here is the album link to my photos when I trimmed my bumper. http://www.mud-club.com/galleries/muddyjames/Bumpertrimmed
all you need is a ruler and a brand new stanley knife blade to trim the end caps. The valance just un bolts in the middle.
