speedo clock help

right i got a 300tdi... the speedo aint working but all others are like rev.temp.fuel...

any ideas what it is, an how do i find it an what i do to get it working,,

probably the speedo drive on the transfer box gone wrong, it is a black unit with a plug on one side just behind the brake drum.
