Giving up smoking (Again)

This was my downfall yesterday :(
Had to go down to london as a last minute thing and ended up smoking loads as the trains were a nightmare and then spending 10 hours in the car coming home.
So new start date is looking like Thursday now!
I will succeed, i did it cold turkey last time, my mistake this time was not planning it better, but Thursday is planned better! Am just not gonna get out of bed for 3 days - thats how i did it last time! lol

Well here we are again, day 1, got loads to do today so hopefully i wont think too much about it lol!
Bettyblue22 has also given up today and we will be going through this together, although she is at work overnight tonight which makes it easier for me!!! hehehe
