the green plug does work with the auto choke if you have removed it from the manifold and it still plays up then ur standard carb is goosed!!!!
as for a nikki they are a good choice of carb
you shud be able to modify the standard cable think you just have to file the nipple a bit to fit the nikki
as for bolts soz i cant remember so cant help on that

but i can say if you offroad fit the nikki so the window is @ the back not the front else it will most likely stall on hills

cheers but if i fit the window to the back the cable is way to short what other cable will fit both ends  :-k ?? thanks anyway

i no lots of people use bike brake cables for su fitment might be worth a go?

hi Simon the green plug you meant i have tried and so far it seems to be OK Hench i no i need the timing set up i thought you meant the black plug but yea thanks a lot with luck i think you might have done the trick cheers mate :D
