Salisbury rear axle

(1/3) > >>

Reggieroo:
I've been offered a rear Salisbury axle to fit on my Rangie, the only problem is its drum brake.

My question is will this axle fit straight on & will I be able to fit discs without buying expensive conversion kits?

Bobtail:
Hi Mate

IIRC  :-k :-k :-k :-k

Yes it will fit on

And they are a bitch (& expensive)if not impossible to change to disc

Range Rover Blues:
The propshaft will also need shortening IIRC.

yes it will fit,
you will need to shorten the prop slightly & if you get the genuine LR conversion kit takes about 3 hours to convert to discs

Eeyore:
quick question for you,

What problem are you wanting to solve by fitting a Salisbury?  :-k
