fuel pump tweak

how do you do it? someone said to me take the top off and turn the screw 90degrees.....how do i take the top off and what screw do i turn!  :undecided:
and am i right in saying its not a good idea to do this with out a larger cooler?

your thoughts/advice please

Do it, it made huge difference to mine, but clean the intercooler out too.
