3.9 V8 Auto Diff

Hi all, just a quick question about diffs or more to the point can i put any 300 series diff e.g tdi, manual, auto(24 spline?) into a 3.9 v8 auto? is there any difference in ratio/ size etc. Or does it need to be from another 3.9 v8 auto only?  [-o< all help will gratefully recieved.

The diff ratios etc are all the same, so as long as you find one with the right flange on it, it'll be fine.......
