fuel tank breather

i think my breather is blocked on the tank but i cant seem to find it
can anyone give me any light on were it is please

try looking or feeling around your filler pipe i am sure its straped to that

Defender:
The fuel tank breathes through the fuel cap. It doesn't have a separate breather pipe to atmosphere.
