I followed a link (can't remember where from) to a cartoon movie about a sheep with a big wooly coat that danced all day showing off his coat, then he got sheared and lost the coat and his ability to dance until someone came along and convinced him that it didn't make any different how he looked and he could still dance.

Any ideas..... or am I going insane !

I thought I watched it on the computer, obviouslt not, I saw in the pictures with my 8 year old shortly before I fell asleep watching the incredibles.
