cam belt broke in 200tdi disco

bobtailed disco:
just freed my clutch off and now the cam belt has just broke  :'( :'(
dont no how much damage it has done yet.
any adviec would be gr8

generally not too bad it will have bent some push rods and if you are unlucky broken a rocker arm or 2 , i have never had the head off for a broken belt.

Just got it all stripped down
pust rods are "s" shapped, The belt has 2 ends and the idler is siezed solid, and the front cover is full of mud (forgot my wading pulgs at runhall 1 day) o well it was fun at the time lol
