25 mm Spacers

<< < (2/3) > >>

Big Rich:
Hi Simon,

Yes thought about it. Looked at the idea when it was in DISCOURSE mag.
Also thought of +2" lift but went for +1" for the prgressive springs for towing the farm trailers in the summer.

Thanks for the advice guys. A idea I may put on hold for a while.

wizard:
I have Bearmach +2 heavy duty springs with Pro comp ES9000  + 2 shocks all with 25mm spacers underneath, never hadany hassles to speak off.
I replaced the front prop u/j,s with heavy duty ones and thats about it.
no other problems

Hey, wizard - that's good timing, I was thinking yesterday, that I need to contact you   PM on it's way...

I'd agree with Tim about the castor correction, not the best £200 I've spent but still a good idea for lots of reasons.

If you've +2" dampers then you should be ok to lift to +2" but I'd suggest spacing your bump rubbers to prevent coil-binding on articulation.  FIT LONGER BRAKE FLEXIS, anyone who doesn't is a p**t, it doesn't cost the earth, don't risk it.

If you have anti roll bars, space them out with towball spacing blocks, I goit mine from Towsure, nice ali things, just make sure you don't get the hollow type!

Big Rich:
As I have said I have +1" at the moment. I had to buy dislocation cones but not touched the break pipes.   Is it a possible problem on +1" or not.

If is is where do you recomend are the best to buy from.

As always cost is a factor but I don't want to loose quality.

Rich
