clutch needs help

hello all ive got a 90 with a disco 200tdi in and the clutch its playin up like ne thing i had a new one put in when the engine was put in around 6 7 months ago with new slave and that but now ive got around insh and half if not more play in the peddal and there only like 2 insh of clutch i dont no what to do has ne body had this prob b4 ? please help guys

Not long done the clutch on my 300tdi disco. Maybe it just needs a bleed?

Is the clutch fluid level in the reservoir still ok? What make of slave cylinder did you buy?

Did the clutch pipework get re-routed when the Disco engine went in?  If it didn't the clutch pipe will be right next to the exhaust and this boils the clutch fluid.
