robert francis:
bloody stupid boy,i feel for thew bus driver, due to the kids stupidity, what if the kid had of died the bus driver would of been devastated.
i was a bus driver in london and whilst letting on passengers at tooting junction, it was really busy i noticed a pair of legs disapeer under the bus so i turned it off and went to look what was happening and a woman was laid under the bus so the wheels would of run over her from toe to head,
she would of died but could you emagine how i would of felt for the rest of my life knowing id killed someone.
just so she could kill herself ???

Drift:
Having been a bus driver and having been involved in a fatal pedestrian accident with a young female teenager through no fault of my own I find that clip disturbing, BUT I do believe things like that should be shown, the Tufty club had its time, only shock tactics work these days.

discowoman:
I have watched it a few times now - and what gets me is the lack of surprise, and reaction in the other kids  - no running to see what hapened - helping etc..
Plus you can imagine the conversation at his hospital bed
doctor / police "so what happened"
kid "well i wuz mindin me own biznes using the crossin when he came fru on red and hit me - can I claim?........"

we have a similar set up close to us - bus lane only with railings along it, and have had 5 fatals in 3 years through 'teens' trying to save the 100 yard walk to the crossing.

Lord Shagg-Pyle:
What a moron! I know that may sound callous, but I'm not that surprised. Another prime example of the stupidity of some people. I wonder if he ever thought why the railings were there?
My sympathlies with the bus driver.
