Hello,

I am thinking of selling my 109 as I have not got time to do it up.

Its a 109 1971 Tax Exempt Former tow truck with sailsbury diff.

Has no rear bodywork (assume it was tow gear) but has a "tray back" that would be ideal for a hi cap style drop side or just as is for big things.

It needs chassis welding but a specialist said its not a gonner, swivels, springs and..

Bulkhead but I have a good S3 bulkhead that needs painting + 1 minor weld.
Gearbox but I wil include a replacement with OVERDRIVE!
Also I have some heated leather seats from a mondeo that I was going to fit.
Have a popper NATO HITCH that I was going to fit
1 doortop ok, 1 needs replacing, 1 door bottom ok, 1 needs replacing, Truck cab ok except window sliders rusty.
Spare windscreen/grille/seatbelts/mirrors.other bits

I would like £750, its got NO MOT but drives ok except the gearbox whines in all but 4th (layshaft) hence new box.

Is this realistic and does anyone want it. Has lots of nice bits but shame to break + tax exempt is a nice one!

I will not split the bits BTW so please don't ask.

Photos can be sent via email if required

At least by next spring you should find the market has picked up a bit, plus if it's a bit more complete it should fetch more.

Projects planned so far

Fit close ratio gearbox to Elise plus rear uprights upgrade and more work on lightening it (yes they are too heavy!)
Clean out my big greenhouse revove all moss and stop leaks that caused a blight outbreak, replace craked glass and decontaminate whilst not killing the grape vine.
Fix other green houses
Paint office before it rains too much (2 months ago)
Find my ponds again under the undergrowth
Clear vege patch area know as "wildlife garden" and setup new beds for next year.
Learn about sheep and buy about 4 for next year in getting registered with Defra etc
Buy ducks/geese
Build chicken run and buy chickens
Endless weeding
Fix my generator
Fix up my car plant trailer before the wife wants it use it and then moans coz its not working
Get barn re roofed
Stop leak in tool shed
Get oil storage tank raise so it does not corrode
More weeding
Lean about bee keeping and buy a hive.

I think I need a reality check.
