If Lance Armstrong can beat it (& he was only given a 20% chance of survival at one stage!), so can you.
Okay..... perhaps you're not going to win 7 Tour de Frances :lol:, (& compete in multiple Marathons) after your recovery, but you'll win your own battles with it!

A good choice of vids, mate. I heard the first one not long after my eldest started his first tour over there. Nearly crapped myself everytime I heard the words 'bomb, shooting, Northern Ireland' in the same sentence.

Mother dying;  saying goodbye to the dog before parents took him to vet for the last time;  and at the end of Schindler's List I was in floods of tears, in the middle of the cinema.

I have to bite my tongue when kids are dying on the news, and oddly enough I quite often get a bit emotional when an ambulance goes past with the lights on  :-.
